What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Avoid Rouen Zénith

Low budget,low quality hotel. Do not trust the automatic borne system . There's no point in trying to ring réception in advance. Do not arrive outside normal réception times. Beware the scary man lurking in darkness at the back of réception if you enter réception outside normal hours. He masquerades as security. Probably best to stay somewhere else.

bon séjour

j'ai eu besoin d'une nuit près du grand centre commercial face à Rouen. Ce fut parfait, J'ai été accueillie par le responsable de l'établissement , je n'avais pas réservé en ligne. L'entrée par l'avenue des Canadiens , de nuit (mais sans pluie), n'a pas été suffisamment visible pour moi , je l'ai d'abord raté ce qui a nécessité des détours . Le petit déjeuner a été agréable.
