Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Dommage...

Une mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement avec beaucoup trop de point négatif (odeur, propreté). L'agent d’accueil à par contre été très sympathique et faisait de son mieux, mais cela ne fait pas un nuit de repos pour moi!

Globalement insatisfaite de mon séjour

Une des chambres sentait le tabac froid, le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30, mais 10h05, c'est déjà trop tard, ouverture du portail pas pratique, une assistance qui ne fait aucun effort pour une famille de 9 personnes (6 chambres en tout) dont 2 personnes handicapées: nous sommes arrivés à 12h45. Nous demandions une seule chambre pour pouvoir nous préparer et nous changer pour un mariage à 14h. Sur les 6 chambres, ils n'ont pas voulu nous en donner une en avance. Premier et dernier séjour dans votre chaîne.
