What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Egregio Direttore, Sono d'accordo con le altre recensioni che purtroppo ho letto solo dopo il mio soggiorno. Purtroppo la stanza che mi è stata assegnata emanava un sgradevole odore di fogna, mentre la pulizia generale dell'hotel non era all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Basterebbe prestare un po' più di attenzione a questi dettagli per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Il prezzo è giusto e la posizione è comoda, soprattutto per cenare al ristorante Bufalo Grill, raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre, l'hotel è situato vicino alla strada N104. Spero che queste osservazioni possano essere utili per migliorare il servizio. Sinceramente,

Aufenthalt in B&B Pontault-Combault nicht sehr empfehlenswert für einen sportlichen Aufenthalt.

Ich war für ein sportliches Wochenende in Ozoir und habe in Pontault-Combault zwei Zimmer im B&B Pontault-Combault gebucht. Checkin lief schenll und unkompliziert. Zimmerzugang ohne Karte war sehr komfortabel. Zimmer selbst war groß genug und angenehm, nur sehr dunkel eingerichtet. Das Bad war jedoch katastrophal dreckig und für den Sommer oder nach sportlichen Aktivitäten nicht angenehm.
