What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bon accueil, bon rapport qualité-prix

Pendant un stage à Boulazac, je n'avais pas de moyen de locomotion, j'ai pu avoir la chambre à mon arrivée avant l'heure, ce qui m'a permis de laisser mes affaires. Le Numéro de BB hotel est un numéro payant qui n'a pas fonctionné pour avoir des renseignements, mais j'ai envoyé un mail et la gérante de l'hôtel m'a rappelé très vite et a été très arrangeante pour l'organisation de mon séjour avec mes contraintes d'heures d'arrivée et de départ. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.
