What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très satisfaite et même…inconditionnelle de la marque.

J’ai été longtemps cliente de IBIS style ou classique pour des déplacements professionnels. Maintenant que je suis amenée à me déplacer personnellement, et souvent en famille, je suis devenue cliente inconditionnelle de B&B que je trouve comparable à IBIS Budget mais avec un supplément d’âme : la qualité des chambres, celle du service de l’accueil, tout est fait pour moi ! Très forte odeur de tabac imprégnée dans une chambre avec enfants

A peine passé la porte de la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac était bien imprégnée dans la chambre. N'y a t il pas de système d'alarme pour éviter aux gens de fumer dans les chambres ? Les chambres ne sont elles pas aérées pour éviter ce désagrément aux prochains voyageurs ? C'étaient vraiment horrible, toutes nos affaires ont été imprégnées de cette odeur de tabac. C'était une chambre familiale, avec 2 enfants, c'est franchement inadmissible de nous l'avoir proposé, l'hôtel ne semblait pas plein, on aurait pu nous en proposer une autre, à moins que ce soit le même problème dans les autres? Vu l'heure d'arrivée, il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil pour demander un changement de chambre... Nous serons amené à revenir régulièrement dans le secteur pour une nuit d'hôtel, lais une chose est sûre ce ne sera pas B&B boulazac.
