Une très mauvaise gestion de l'accueil et des imprévus

J'avais réservé 2 nuits avec petit-déjeuner, pour des raisons professionnelles. J'ai été contraint d'annuler la 2è nuit avec petit-déjeuner, je me suis adressé à la réceptionniste qui m'a dit transmettre ma demande de remboursement à titre exceptionnel (alerte météo neige) à son responsable, à ce jour suis sans réponse. Pour info j'ai réglé les 2 nuits et les 2 petit-déjeuner et à minima j'ai payé une taxe de séjour et un petit-déjeuner non consommés J'espère être recontacté

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
