What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Chambre très propre , confortable et accueillante . Mais il fait trop Chaud et la ventilation de la salle de bain est juste horrible empêchant de dormir ! Si c’est deux points étaient résolus le séjour aurait été agréable

Ascenseur en panne, manque de propreté, chauffage à fond…

Arrive devant le mauvais hôtel, redirige vers le bon hôtel mais avec un ascenseur en panne et 40kg de bagages (je pèse 50kg). Impossible de me changer de chambre, pas d’aide pour monter ou descendre la valise et mon sac AU 3 eme étage !!! Résultat un lumbago et un séjour pourri. Toilettes sales. Lit propre, douche propre. Chauffage à fond, horrible. Bref déçu, dernière fois
