What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bien mais dommage, chambre délivrée sans WC et en toute connaissance de chose

Hotel bien situé. Nous l’idée etait de séjourner avant un départ matinal depuis Orly 4 Qualité de couchage B&B toujours au RDV. Donc bien globalement mais dommage, chambre délivrée sans WC et en toute connaissance de cause (robinet fermé car remplissage cuvette non fonctionnel). La chambre n’aurait pas dû être réservable avant travaux. On peut passer des petits trucs mais ça au prix de la chambre ça nous a clairement gâché l’expérience client …
