What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Mauvais séjour

Bonjour, Nous somme arrivé le 26/12/25 a l’hôtel B&B a Orange, un très mauvais accueil par l’hôtesse. De 23H00 à 00H00 impossible de dormir car des personnes avec plusieurs enfants courais et criaient dans le couloir et dans une chambre. Et sa a recommençais a 03H00 à 04H30, dans sa nous a réveillé et impossible de se rendormir car encore une fois les personnes avec plusieurs enfants courais et criaient dans le couloir et dans une chambre. Résulta des course après 800Km le 26/12/25 de route ma Femme, mais 2 enfant et moi on trais peut dormir avent de reprendre la route le 27/12/25 pour encore 700Km a faire (se qui est dangereux avec aussi peut de sommeil du au bris qui a eu une grande parti de nuit) esse normal???. Sa fais déjà la deuxième fois que sa arrive dans cette Hôtel là (B&B hôtel Orange). NOUS NE REVIENDRONS PLUS DANS CETTE HÔTEL, en plus la première fois (du 27/12/24 au 28/12/24) on a pas eu de geste de leur pas. J’espère que cette fois si il y aurais un geste de leurs par avec un remboursement ??? de la moitié ou total du séjour. Car c'est inadmissible que pour un Hôtel 3 étoile on ne peut pas dormir !!!!! Cordialement

prima hotel, dicht bij knoppunt A7-A9

Goed hotel, ruime kamer, bed was aan de harde kant. Grote badkamer met douche in bad. Een apart toilet. Jammer dat er geen lift is. Goede ontvangst door Engels sprekende gastvrouw. Op loop afstand van historisch centrum Orange. Ligt bij afslag snelweg bij knooppunt A7 en A9. Een aanrader
