I booked for a double room, for this I paid extra 10 euro compared to normal room with two small beds, however I still get a normal room with two small beds. Only one towel in the room when I book it. 20 euro deposit for hair dryer, which I never encounter for my whole life. You have to ask for it at the counter. And no kettle as well. Basically zero appliances in the room. Vending machine is broken as well. Basically you need to ask for everything🤡 Well it’s cheap indeed, but at the same price, all of my other stays in France are much better than this one.

Là par obligation

Je suis déjà venue plusieurs fois et n'ai pas été déçue rapport qualité prix en temp normal ,sauf que cette fois ci la nuit était à 201 euros pour moi parce que l'hôtel était casi complet du a l incendie qui s'est produit a massy ils ont dû reloger tous les locataires. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut passer de -100 euros la nuit à 201 euros je suis choquée,c'est vraiment parce que je n'avais pas d'autres choix que j'ai payer cette somme. Cela dit c'est choquant .Sinon le personnel est accueillant ,gentil,poli je n'ai jamais eu a m'en plaindre a chaque passage ,je reviendrais si besoin en espérant ne pas tomber sur de tels tarifs.
