What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel moyennement tenu - quelques efforts sont à faire

Les joints fortement moisis de la douche, ce n'est pas acceptable. Il y a un minimum d'hygiène. Pour le reste, ce sont des détails comme les oeufs tièdes au petit déjeuner ou le manque d'anticipation pour le remplissage des banettes de pain où l'attente était un peu longue. Le personnel était dans même sympathique et prévenant.

Très déçu

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour au B&B de Port de Bouc. J'avais réservé une chambre supérieure pour deux personnes, mais l'expérience a été loin d'être satisfaisante et supérieur. Tout d'abord, la chambre était dans un état déplorable : l'eau de la douche ne s'écoulait pas correctement et fuyait en dehors du bac à douche , et les toilettes étaient dans un état honteux avec des taches marron visibles. De plus, le service de chambre n'a même pas fait le ménage pendant notre séjour (lit pas fait) . Nous n'avons eu qu'une seule bouteille d'eau pour deux, et les serviettes étaient en nombre insuffisant. Le personnel n'était pas du tout agréable. J'ai même rencontré une femme de chambre qui, au lieu de nous laisser prendre l'ascenseur, est restée figée sur son portable et a eu une attitude désinvolte en répondant « quoi, qu’est-ce qui y’a ? » lorsque nous avons demandé de passer. En ce qui concerne les petits déjeuners, sur les deux que nous avons pris, les œufs étaient froids et le bacon l'était aussi, rendant le plat immangeable. Pour couronner le tout, une forte odeur de colle ou d'un produit chimique envahissait les couloirs, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, rendant l'air très chaud et inconfortable. À la vue des commentaires positifs m’ayant incité à réserver cet hôtel, il semblerait que je soit tombé sur une mauvaise période. Profondément déçu.

From Marseille/Martigues (A54/N568):

Take exit 17 for Port de Bouc centre. At the roundabout take the 4th exit, direction town centre/Milan/Les Comtes. Continue straight on along the Avenue Maurice Thorez. Go over the railway line. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on the left - Rue Michel Ruiz. Then the 3rd on the right (before the no entry), direction Port de Plaisance.
