Sanitäre Einrichtung nicht sauber, kein Warmwasser am Morgen, Bettdecke mit Löcher, Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer, Frühstück ok. Kein Parkplatz trotz Bezahlung.

Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich der Sauberkeit und der sanitären Einrichtungen sehr ernst und werden diese intern besprechen, um Verbesserungen zu erzielen. Das sollte natürlich nie vorkommen. Über ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser ist uns nichts bekannt. Sicher lag es an der Einstellung der Armatur. Alle unsere Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Leider gibt es immer wieder Gäste, die sich nicht daran halten. Sollte ein Parkplatz trotz Bezahlung, nicht verfügbar sein, erstatten wir selbstverständlich die Bezahlung zurück. Buchungsprozess, Check in und out super einfach. Zimmer war ok, Sauberkeit im Bad ist verbesserungswürdig.
