What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

hotel correct mais

environnement catastrophique: épaves de voitures partout, insécurité complete (suspicion de points de deals), sdf, groupes errants. On ne dort pas sur ses deux oreilles dans cet environnement.

Madame, Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. Cependant aucune n'épave n'est constaté à l'extérieur ni même au parking souterrain. Egalement un agent de sécurité est présent toute la nuit pour assuré la sécurité des client donc aucune groupe errants ni sdf ni points deals n'est présent autour de l'établissement. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité, mais apparemment nous n'avons pas réussi cette fois-ci. A l'avenir si vous avez un ressenti passé en reception nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous offrir le meilleur dont nos clients se réjouissent chaque jour. Hôtel vieillot ,odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre et les couloirs , l’odeur de tabac sort par la ventilation bruyante de la salle de bain. Je vais toujours dans cette chaîne d’hôtel mais je ne retournerai pas dans celui là
