What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

C'est juste parfait!

C'est la première fois que je venais à Lille, pour assister à un concert (au Splendid) , et l'hôtel B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais a été juste parfait pour moi: proximité de la salle (quinze minutes à pied), réceptionniste présent et très aimable, une chambre spacieuse et propre, un cadre agréable. Si je reviens à Lille je reviendrai au B&B Hotel Lille Centre Grand Palais car c'était juste parfait! Merci à vous.

Cher pour une qualite pas au rdv

Extrêmement bruyant, avec un veilleur de nuit qui ne va pas voir les clients qui hurlent et rigolent devant la porte de l’hotel à 1h du matin en fumant et buvant. Chambre pas hyper propre (traces de sang au sol, brosse des wc sale...) Literie tres bonne Personnel sympathique Petit dej tres varié et bon En résumé, cher au regard de la qualité de la prestation.

Bonjour Denis, Merci pour votre retour. Après vérification, les traces signalées dans la chambre n’étaient pas du sang mais du vernis à ongles. Cela reste évidemment un point qui n’aurait pas dû passer le contrôle, et nous avons fait le nécessaire pour que la chambre soit remise en état. Concernant le bruit, nous avons également revu la situation avec le veilleur de nuit afin d’éviter que ce type d’incivilités devant l’hôtel ne se reproduise. Agréable séjour

Réservation d'une nuit en couple pour un court séjour sur Lille , pour une cérémonie au Grand Palais, emplacement idéal, parking payant mais bien utile. Tout le personnel rencontré était sympathique. La chambre était propre et confortable. Je recommande.
