Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Sur la route nous avions eu un contre temps donc nous sommes arriver en retard dans la chambre une fois arriver à la porte de notre chambre nous l’avions trouver entre ouverte avec encore nos affaires à l’intérieur ! Nous avions pas trouver ça très sécuritaire ! Nous rangeons donc nos affaires arriver à la chambre ! Une employée je ne citerais pas de nom arrive et nous dit il faut pas longtemps pour ranger des affaires j’ai autre chose à faire c’est vous qui aller me payer pour l’heure supp ! Elle a même pousser la porte avec sont pied alors qu’on lui avais ouvert la porte ! Même pas de aurevoir merci d’avoir séjourner chez nous rien du tout ! Je trouve ça honteux et irrespectueux ! Ça façon de parler aurait bien mériter une petite éducation ! D’accord nous étions en retard mais cela arriver à tout le monde ! C’est humain et sur la route nous sommes pas tout seule ! De plus nous avions retiré les draps auparavant pour faciliter le travail !

Dans notre établissement, comme dans la majorité des structures hôtelières, la libération des chambres est fixée à 12h00. Cette règle n'est pas arbitraire : elle permet à nos équipes d'entretien de préparer les chambres selon nos standards de qualité pour les clients suivants. Voici les faits tels qu'ils nous ont été rapportés : Un départ hors délais : Bien que vous ayez quitté la chambre une première fois, vous y êtes revenus après l'heure limite. Votre départ définitif n'a eu lieu qu'à 13h00, soit avec une heure de retard. Le respect du travail d'autrui : Notre collaboratrice a fait preuve de patience en vous attendant. Lorsqu'elle vous a demandé de libérer les lieux, elle n'a fait qu'exercer ses fonctions pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du service. Sécurité et procédure : Une fois l'heure de départ passée, la chambre est considérée comme disponible pour l'entretien. Si la porte était entre-ouverte, c'est parce que le processus de nettoyage avait dû être engagé. Nous estimons que le respect des horaires est indissociable du respect des personnes qui travaillent. Le comportement que vous avez adopté, en prenant votre temps malgré le retard déjà accumulé, est jugé inapproprié au sein de notre établissement.
