    A5 Karlsruhe from South/Karlsruheouth/Karlsruhe: At Exit 38-Heidelberg/Schwetzingen, take B535/L600A towards Heidelberg/Leimen. Continue on the L600a/Speyerstraße. Turn right onto Rudolf-Diesel-Straße. The hotel is on the right-hand side.

    From the main train station: Take bus number 33 towards Emmertsgrund Endstelle and get off at Rudolf-Diesel-Straße. The trip takes about 5 minutes. Alternatively, on foot: Bahnstadt exit, approx 8 minutes walk.

This historical city on the river Neckar enchants its visitors with a fairytale castle, a picturesque Old Town and one of Europe’s largest car-free zones. Here you will find numerous restaurants and bars. Cross over on the Old Bridge and take a stroll alongside the banks of the Neckar. Discover the Philosopher’s Walk and enjoy some fantastic views across idyllic Heidelberg. For a more relaxed option, take the cable-car to Heidelberg’s highest point, the Königstuhl (‘the Throne’).
