What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je cherche toujours les 2 étoiles...

Après une longue route, devoir passer 10 min à s'encoder des informations pour moi inutile car déjà faite au préalable sur une borne trop basse. Code de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas malgré avoir respecté scrupuleusement les conseils contradictoires du réceptionniste donc 2 aller retour à la borne... Tout ça pour dormir sur un matelas mou et une planche style mdf posée sur un caisson de lit en guise de sommier et avec un bruit chaque fois qu'on se retourne. Un chant de table de nuit complètement décollé alors que 2 ou 3 points de colle aurait suffit, c'est dommage. Bref, si c'est 2 étoiles, qu'est-ce que çà doit donner 1 étoile.
