What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Parada antes de Disney con mal final

Ubicación excelente si vas a Disney ya que esta a menos de 1h. Todo fue bien hasta el momento de la salida. Madrugamos mucho para llegar pronto a Disney y cual fue nuestra sorpresa??? Que la puerta del garaje no se abría.... Tienes que poner tu codigo y nada. Utilizamos el teléfono 24h y la respuesta no nos sirvió. Nos dieron un codigo invalido. Eran ya las 7:30 (se supone que hay servicio de desayuno) y allí no habia nadie. Suerte del repartidor, suponemos del pan, que llamo a alguien que le dijo que la abriera manual. Sabemos que es un error técnico pero nos supuso estado de nervios con dos niños muy pequeños.

From Lyon (A6): exit N104/Marne-La-Vallée, then exit Corbeil/Les Coquibus.
