Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Organisation à revoir

Très bon accueil et hotel très bien situé près de l'autoroute Les piétons peuvent entrer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel sans code le portillon est absent et un accès libre avec le restaurant voisin. Réveil à 8h45 pour récupérer les serviettes et d'après la personne à l'accueil c'est normal .Donc si j'ai bien compris à Aubiere vous devez être lavé avant 8h45. J'ai fait plusieurs B&B en france et c'est la première fois que l'on nous réveille avec insistance pour nous prendre nos serviettes .B&B Aubiere 63 à éviter

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous sommes ravis de voir que vous avez apprécié le séjour dans son ensemble, en particulier l'emplacement et l'accueil qui vous a été réservé :) Concernant les points que vous soulignez, les clients arrivant après l'heure d'ouverture de la réception sont bien obligés de pouvoir rentrer afin d'arriver jusqu'à la borne automatique, c'est pourquoi il y a un accès piéton ouvert en permanence. Concernant le réveil matinal, nous en sommes navrés... Lors d'un prochain séjour (que ce soit dans le notre ou ailleurs), n'hésitez pas à mettre le panneau ne pas déranger sur votre porte ou à mettre le verrou.
