What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

1 point peut gâcher l'ensemble

Pour l'Hôtel lui-même O.K. Par contre cet hotel est contigu à un restaurant avec entrée COMMUNE sur la rue, les 2 entrées des parkings permettant d'accéder à votre hôtel et au restaurant sont on peut plus côte à côte. Je suis donc aller dîner les 2 soirs à ce restaurant et le second soir j'apprends , hélas trop tard, que j'avais droit à une remise de 10% sur ces repas. Désolé mais je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que votre gérant que j'ai vu plusieurs fois ne me l'ai pas dit. Ce ne sont pas les 7 euro perdus qui vont changer ma vie mais c'est le principe de non service rendu à la clientèle. J'ai été 32 ans commerçant et je pense savoir de quoi je parle mais c'est vrai que c'était une autre époque, dans le même registre j'ai payé mon petit déjeuner au prix normal alors que dans la chambre il y a un tarif pour les membres du club B &B, je pensais y être inscrit , sansdoute ai-je rêvé. En conclusion, pour une prmière che zB & B, je suis déçu.

Access Arras

Coming from city center: via the Avenue Winston Churchill , direction Parc des Bonnettes , the hotel is opposite the Auchan Shopping Centre.

From Lille : take the A1 direction Paris, then exit 16 Arras Centre to reach the D266/N39 direction -Le Touquet-. Follow direction C. Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre). Exit -Parc des Bonnettes-, then at the second roundabout, turn left -Rue Maréchal Koenig-.

From Paris, take the A1, direction Lille, then exit 15 Arras, to join the N39, direction Université dArtois to the Jean Monnet crossroads. Turn right, then follow the directions from Lille.
