What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour agréable mais avec quelques désagrément.

Chambre que l'on apprécie beaucoup, dommage que des troubles fête sont venu frapper a notre porte tôt au matin pour s'amuser, ce qui a dérangénotre sommeil ainsi que celui de nos enfants. C'est la première fois que cela arrive, nous avons constaté également qu'il n'y avait pas de vigile devant l'hôtel comme les autres fois. Il serait peut être bien de garder une sécurité pour la nuit afin d'éviter ce genre de comportement.

Hôtel très bien , situé a quelques minutes du centre ville , a proximité des commerces (zone commerciale Auchan accessible a pied en deux minutes) propreté de la chambre , personnel , petit déjeuner irréprochable Seuls point faible matelas trop ferme et coussin très petit je conseil de ramener le sien de la maison pour un confort optimal Hôtel très calme Je recommande a 99%

Access Arras

Coming from city center: via the Avenue Winston Churchill , direction Parc des Bonnettes , the hotel is opposite the Auchan Shopping Centre.

From Lille : take the A1 direction Paris, then exit 16 Arras Centre to reach the D266/N39 direction -Le Touquet-. Follow direction C. Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre). Exit -Parc des Bonnettes-, then at the second roundabout, turn left -Rue Maréchal Koenig-.

From Paris, take the A1, direction Lille, then exit 15 Arras, to join the N39, direction Université dArtois to the Jean Monnet crossroads. Turn right, then follow the directions from Lille.
