Fijn en schoon hotel voor doorreis of kort bezoek Arras

Ruime en schone kamer. Rustige omgeving op ca 10 minuten rijden van centrum Arras. Groot en gratis eigen parkeerterrein. Goede en vriendelijke respons van de receptie per mail. Slechts 1 minpuntje. Het bed heeft geen lattenbodem. Matras ligt op een plank.

Bonne chaîne d’hôtels

Chambre réservée et payé sur internet, arrivée à l’hôtel, 45 minutes après; problème informatique, la réservation n’apparaît pas sur l'écran, le problème se règle en quelques minutes . les petits déjeuner n'ont pas été pris en compte sur internet... pas de problème on régularise la situation et on règle la différence. Le lendemain matin on nous fait remarquer que nous n'avions pas prévu de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.... !!

Cher client, Nous vous remerçions d'avoir séjourné chez nous mais aussi de votre retour. Nous avons effectivement subit un bug infomatique qui a nécessité un redémarrage système et nous en sommes désolés. Concernant vos petits déjeuners c'est pas qu'il n'ont pas été intégrés, mais vous ne les avez simplement pas réservés, nous indiquons précisement à la clientèle de les réserver par raport au stock à prévoir, vous les avez donc réglés (et non payé une différence). Tous les matins nous pointons les petits déjeuners lors du passage des clients, étant passés par une agence de voyage en ligne vos petits déjeuners apparaissent sur une autre ligne. Nous réitérons nos excuses si cela a perturbé votre séjour. La réception

Access Arras

Coming from city center: via the Avenue Winston Churchill , direction Parc des Bonnettes , the hotel is opposite the Auchan Shopping Centre.

From Lille : take the A1 direction Paris, then exit 16 Arras Centre to reach the D266/N39 direction -Le Touquet-. Follow direction C. Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre). Exit -Parc des Bonnettes-, then at the second roundabout, turn left -Rue Maréchal Koenig-. 

From Paris, take the A1, direction Lille, then exit 15 “Arras”, to join the N39, direction Université d’Artois to the Jean Monnet crossroads. Turn right, then follow the directions from Lille.

From Calais, take the A16 and join the A26 then exit 7 -Arras centre , then direction Le Touquet. Follow direction C.Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre), then -Parc des Bonnettes, then at the second roundabout turn left - Rue Maréchal Koenig.
