What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

sejour boulot

hotel un peu excentré de Colombes, petit déjeuner correct, chambre avec literie correct. un peu de bruit dans les couloirs malheureusement . il y a un resto les artisans à coté qui est trés bien.

Objet : Réclamation concernant ma nuitée du 18 au 19 octobre 2025 – Réservation n° BB18252428 Madame, Monsieur, Client régulier de vos établissements depuis plusieurs années, je me permets de vous adresser ce message pour exprimer toute ma déception — et, je dois le dire, mon profond dégoût — à la suite de mon séjour du 18 au 19 octobre 2025 dans l’un de vos hôtels. Je n’ai tout simplement pas reconnu la qualité de service et d’accueil auxquels B&B m’a habitué. Le petit-déjeuner, en particulier, a été d’un niveau indigne de votre enseigne. J’avais pourtant choisi l’option de deux petits-déjeuners payés au plein tarif, convaincu par l’expérience habituellement positive que j’ai dans vos hôtels. Or, ce matin-là, le buffet proposé était d’une pauvreté affligeante : • Aucun bacon (alors qu’il a toujours été présent dans vos autres établissements) ; • Absence totale de mini-crêpes et de madeleines, malgré une pancarte indiquant leur disponibilité ; • Des saucisses mal cuites ; • Et, de manière générale, un choix restreint et décevant comparé à vos standards habituels. Lorsque j’ai interrogé la personne en charge, celle-ci m’a affirmé que vos hôtels « ne faisaient plus » de bacon ni de madeleines — avant de retirer la pancarte en question. J’avoue avoir été stupéfait par une telle réponse, que je juge pour le moins mensongère. Je vous invite sincèrement à effectuer une visite inopinée de cet établissement à l’heure du petit-déjeuner : vous constaterez par vous-même la différence flagrante avec la qualité attendue d’un hôtel B&B. Je trouve inadmissible, compte tenu du prix payé, d’avoir droit à un service aussi négligé. J’espère donc un geste commercial approprié ainsi qu’un engagement clair de votre part pour que ce type de désagrément ne se reproduise plus.
