Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Court Séjour d'intersaison

L'hôtel est bien, les petits déjeuners aussi. Reste un effort à faire pour des par-vues en sortie de douche pour plus d'intimité.

Alors qu'il est bien indiqué que la chambre est disponible à partir de 14h; rien n'indique, au moment de la réservation, que l'accueil physique est ouvert à partir de 17h. Je l'ai découvert à mon arrivée à … 14h. Si cette indication avait été claire, j'aurais pris d'autres dispositions. Je déplore, de plus, cette inhumanisation...je préfère communiquer avec des personnes plutôt que des machines.
