Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Dommage…

Dommage qu’en arrivant dans la chambre il n’y ait ni papier toilette, ni gel douche et Clim en panne ! Ça fait beaucoup… Par contre après avoir trouvé le téléphone de secours, personne réactive et serviable. Clim en panne en plein mois d’août toute la nuit et la personne a l’accueil m’a dit le lendemain ne pas avoir voulu appeler la personne d’astreinte le soir car il habite à une heure de route …. Ce n’est pas ça la définition d’une astreinte : être à disposition ?

A disaster and catastrophic stay!

It was a disastrous stay. Before arriving, I tried to contact the hotel with no answer because the phone number doesn't work from France. I sent a request using the website contact page but the request didn't arrive to the hotel. After arriving, the first night, we discovered a water leak in the room. We changed the room for the second night and we discovered that the air conditioner makes a lot of noise. We changed the room for the third night and we discovered that the bed makes a lot of noise. I think that the hotel is not well maintained. That's why we changed the room three times.
