Transfers and Public Transport at Toulouse Matabiau Station

Discover Haute-Garonne with ease by train. The Toulouse Matabiau SNCF train station is located on Boulevard Pierre Semard, close to the city center. Its public transportation network is called Tisséo. Are you a fan of contemporary art? If you’re traveling by plane, choose the best option to transfer between the station and the airport. Due to construction work that began on June 5, 2023, line T2 no longer serves the airport (visit the Tisséo website for updates on the construction timeline). Here are the alternative transport options to reach Toulouse Matabiau from the airport (and vice versa). Use the AERO shuttle, which departs every 15 minutes for €9. The travel time varies between 20 and 45 minutes depending on traffic. The shuttle also stops at the bus station near Matabiau, which is convenient if you’re arriving by bus from another city. Accessing the city center from the station is simple. Take metro line A (automatic) from Marengo-SNCF station and get off at Capitole station.
