Serious problem with room keypads needs fixing urgently
It took at least three goes and sometimes more than 10 to get the room keypad to accept the code (note no problem with the key pad to enter the hotel itself). Seems you have to type very fast and with great care to ensure each press registers - though even when the green light shone sometimes the door does not open. In particular when I first arrived more than 10 attempts were unsuccessful. I tried calling the help line but just reached a recorded message telling me to speak to someone at the hotel - which was not staffed at 9.30pm so there was in fact zero support. I eventually got in but the room keypads need urgent replacing and you need a genuine support line for customers experiencing difficulties, not a useless recorded messages giving incorrect advice. I know others had exactly the same problem with their rooms. I will not use this hotel again - far too stressful.

I'm Chinese. In every hotel in China, there are disposable toothbrushes, slippers, etc., but here there aren't, and the door lock is very bad, often requiring multiple attempts to unlock.

Hôtel calme
L’hôtel est calme et le parking sécurisé est pratique. La chambre familiale bien que suffisante pour un court séjour manque de prises électriques et un rideau entre les 2 espaces serait bienvenu.

On y dort très bien mais on aimerait un sol propre et des étagères sans poussière
Hôtel globalement correct où j'y séjournerai de nouveau volontiers, car au calme en retrait de la circulation, et bonne qualité de literie. Concernant la propreté de la chambre, quelques améliorations sont à prévoir : la poussière sur l'étagère au dessus de la penderie ne donne pas envie d'y ranger ses affaires. Dans le cabinet de toilette/douche, on apprécierait pouvoir accrocher les vêtements ailleurs que juste au dessus de la cuvette WC.

Hôtel nul. Accueil catastrophique : personnel pas formé, pas professionnel, on se croirait face à la police. Ambiance tendue et mal organisée. Interdiction de monter le plateau du petit-déjeuner en chambre alors que d’autres B&B l’autorisent (comme Toulouse Université), aucune logique. On m’a affirmé que le petit-déjeuner n’était pas compris alors qu’il était payé par mon entreprise… j’ai dû repayer. Petit-déjeuner cher pour ce que c’est : pas de vrai jambon, peu de choix de fromages et pourrait être plus complet pour le prix. Aucun restaurant autour. Très mauvaise expérience. Par pitié, refait la salle de bain, très dangereux au niveau de la douche, très glissant et très petit !
