What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Décevant

J'ai séjourné a plusieurs reprises dans des hôtels de la chaîne B&B. Mais celui ci est plus que decevant. Les espaces communs sont mals nettoyés (ascenseur, bouton d'ascenseur, moquette pour se rendre dans la chambre). Et pour la chambre, c'est pareil, de la saleté derrière les portes et près du pourtour du lit. Il y avait une odeur de renfermée aussi.

Le personnel était très agréable , la chambre très bien et le petit déjeuner sauf le pain qui était pas frais du réchauffé .Petit problème lorsque l on a pas prévu le repas il y a un distributeur mais qui ne fonctionnait pas car vide ,dommage que l hotel ne puisse pas faire le plein .

Access TOULOUSE Basso Cambo

From Montpellier (A61) : direction Foix Tarbes , then exit 38 Saint-Simon , drive straight on for the next 4 km. At the roundabout with three lanes, turn right.

From Bordeaux (A62) : direction Blagnac , then Auch , then Tournefeuille Cugnaux (Rocade Arc-en-Ciel - ringroad). Drive straight on for the next 4 km. At the roundabout with three lanes, turn left.

From Tarbes/Foix (A64) : exit 38, make a complete U-turn at the roundabout and drive straight on for the next 6 km. At the roundabout with three lanes, turn right.
