B&B HOTELS Business Account

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for the B&B HOTELS Business Account (the « Offer ») are detailed below. The Offer is provided by the following company:

  • B&B HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L., a limited liability company, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry under volume 38485, folio 105, sheet M-684467, with head office located at Luis Pasteur Street, W/N, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), with VAT number B-66209693.

Acting both in its own name and on behalf of and for the account of (i) its subsidiaries and (ii) the hotel operating companies of the B&B HOTELS group participating in this Offer .

(Hereinafter, “B&B HOTELS”)

  1. Definitions
  2. Description of the Offer

In the present Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

Hotel(s): refers to all hotels within the B&B HOTELS network, both present and future, located in the Spanish territory and operated by B&B HOTELS as subsidiaries, managed by legally independent third-party companies, or operating under franchise;

Client(s): refers to the company that has subscribed to the Offer;

Beneficiary(ies): refers to the employees of the Client who benefit from the discount under the Offer;

Group Bookings: reservations of ten (10) or more rooms;

Party(ies): refers to B&B HOTELS and the Client.

By subscribing to the Offer, the Client benefits from a discount applicable to the total room price (including VAT and excluding tourist tax) subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • This discount applies solely to individual reservations made on the website (www.hotel-bb.com), the B&B HOTELS mobile application or directly with the Hotel by phone, email or at the reception desk;
  • This discount applies to the public total price including VAT of the room only at the time of booking;
  • This discount applies to the Beneficiaries for their professional travel only;
  • This discount applies to all Hotels, subject to availability;
  • The rates covered by this agreement shall apply from Sunday to Thursday. Application on Fridays and Saturdays will be subject to availability and prior confirmation by the Hotel. Furthermore, the conditions set out herein may be modified during periods of high demand, in which case the Client will be duly informed at the time of booking. Discounts will only be applied to the flexible rate with breakfast included;

  • The Offer is intended solely for individual Beneficiaries, therefore Group Bookings are excluded. For Group Bookings, the Client is invited to request a price proposal digitally by completing the dedicated form at the following link for Spain: https://www.hotel-bb.com/es/ayuda-contacto/formulario-contacto/espana.
      Please make sure to select ‘Group requests’ or ‘Pedido de grupo’.

  1. Eligibility

To subscribe to the Offer, the Client shall meet each of the following conditions:

  • Be registered as a company;
  • Not be a travel agency, a wholesaler or an intermediate distributor;
  • Commit to a minimum of fifteen (15) room nights booked per year

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, eligibility to benefit from the Offer is at the sole discretion of B&B HOTELS.

Subscription to the Offer is free.

The Client shall fill in the registration form available here and accept these Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer.

Subscription to the Offer is confirmed by sending the Client a confirmation email containing a unique corporate code and the applicable specific discount to the Client.

The Client agrees that the Offer may be modified or terminated in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.

The Offer takes effect upon receipt of the confirmation email by the Client and remains valid for an initial period of one (1) year. 

The Offer is automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) year, provided that the Client has completed a minimum of fifteen (15) room nights in the year prior to the renewal. 

The discount rate granted under the Offer is subject to changes from one year to the next depending on the actual volume of overnight stays completed by the Client.

Booking requests are mandatory and shall be made by the Client or the Beneficiary prior to the Beneficiary's arrival date:

  • on the B&B HOTELS website (www.hotel-bb.com) or on the B&B HOTELS mobile app;
  • or directly with the Hotel by telephone, email or at reception.

In order to benefit from the Offer, the person making the reservation shall imperatively provide the corporate code communicated by B&B HOTELS following the Client's subscription to the Offer.

  2. Client’s obligations
  3. Termination

Invoices are issued by the Hotel and are payable in cash, credit card or virtual credit card by each Beneficiary upon arrival at the Hotel reception, or by credit card or virtual credit card prior to arrival.

Should the Client wish to use an alternative method of payment, it shall submit a written request to the relevant Hotel. If accepted, the Hotel will confirm its agreement in writing to the Client.

The Client shall ensure that the corporate code is not made available and/or used by travelers who do not qualify as Beneficiary for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

The Client undertakes to inform the Beneficiaries of the existence of the Offer and to provide them with these associated Terms and Conditions via relevant internal communication.

  1. Breach of Terms and Conditions

In the event of a breach by either Party or a Beneficiary of any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, the other Party may terminate this Offer. Termination shall occur automatically upon the expiry of a thirty (30) calendar day period following a formal notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, without such breach being remedied within such period.

The exercise of this right of termination shall not relieve the defaulting Party from fulfilling the obligations undertaken up to the effective date of termination, without prejudice to any remedies that the other Party may have.

  4.  Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of B&B HOTELS

The Offer may be terminated by B&B HOTELS at the end of the initial term or any renewal period if the volume of overnight stays completed by the Client is not sufficient to qualify for a discount.

By clicking on the check box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” the Client will complete its subscription to the Offer. It means that the Client is confirming that it has read, understand and accept all the Offer Terms and Conditions set forth above, including B&B HOTELS’ privacy policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. 

In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to take all reasonable steps to resolve their dispute amicably. In the absence of an amicable settlement within thirty (30) calendar days from the notification of a dispute by either Party, the said dispute may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless another jurisdiction is imperatively applicable.

Any booking made under this Offer implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the Client and the Beneficiaries of the provisions of B&B HOTELS' General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”), available here, which detail the booking and stay conditions in the Hotels.

In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the GTC, the former shall prevail over the latter.
