The city isn’t just the historical home of many chancellors, it’s also the birthplace of Beethoven. Take a walk through the Old Town or along the banks of the Rhine. There is also plenty of art and culture in the vicinity! A very popular destination is the Deutsches Museum Bonn. Also worth a visit is the town of Königswinter on the eastern side of the Rhine opposite the Bonn district of Bad Godesberg. Incidentally, the famous Black Forest cake was invented in Bad Godesberg.

Ideaal hotel voor bezoek aan Bonn

Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed. Op wandelafstand van het centrum. Kamer was zeer netjes, niet al te ruim maar dat wisten we, en voor enkele nachten ideaal. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Heel handig dat de deuren openen met een code in plaats van een sleutel. Het ontbijt is lekker en er is voldoende keuze. Je moet wel via een QR code aangegeven als je wil dat de kamer schoongemaakt wordt. Dit hadden wij niet gezien, maar onmiddellijk aan de receptie propere handdoeken gekregen. Ook zeer handig dat er een parking is. Kortom ideaal hotel voor een citytrip.

Directions to B&B HOTEL Bonn-West

By car: At the Bonn-Nord motorway junction, take the exit towards Bonn-Zentrum/Tannenbusch. Follow the signs for Zentrum (centre) and then merge onto the A555. At the roundabout, take the third exit (Heinrich-Böll-Ring/K1). The hotel is located around 650 metres away on the right-hand side.

By public transport: By metro line 16, 18 or 63 to station Bonn West (travel time is about 2 minutes). The hotel is about 3 minutes’ walk from the stop.
