Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel Köln-Ehrenfeld angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind der hohe Schlafkomfort durch das bequeme Bett, die zuverlässige WLAN-Verbindung sowie das stets sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen und gut betreut.
Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich jedoch beim Frühstücksangebot und bei der Zimmerreinigung. Die Auswahl an glutenfreien und veganen Produkten war sehr begrenzt, sodass Gäste mit entsprechenden Ernährungsbedürfnissen nur wenig Auswahl vorfinden. Eine Erweiterung des Angebots würde den Aufenthalt für viele Reisende deutlich attraktiver machen.
Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Auf dem Wasserhahn befand sich eine sichtbare Staubschicht, und in der Dusche waren teilweise Seifenreste sowie eine gelblich verfärbte Stelle in einer schwer zugänglichen Ecke zu erkennen. Zudem roch das WC bei der Ankunft deutlich nach Urin, was den ansonsten positiven Eindruck des Zimmers leider beeinträchtigte.
Insgesamt überwiegen dennoch die positiven Aspekte, insbesondere der Komfort und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Reinigung sowie einer größeren Auswahl an glutenfreien und veganen Frühstücksoptionen könnte das Hotelerlebnis jedoch noch deutlich verbessert werden.
