What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nuit agitée

Réveillé une première fois par l'alarme incendie puis de multiples autres fois en raison de portes qui claquent. Ces désagréments sont dû à un groupe perturbateur que je ne nommerai pas et l'hôtel ne peut pas être tenu responsable de ce comportement. Cependant, je ne pense pas que le nécessaire ait été fait pour ramener ces personnes au calme et les inciter au respect des autres résidents.

Excellent hôtel !

Placé dans un quartier agréable et calme, non loin du centre-ville, nous sommes accueillis dans ce bel hôtel par des personnes souriantes, serviables et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner très varié offre des produits de qualité, notamment d’excellents pains. La possibilité de manger des plats 24h/24 est un vrai plus. Notre satisfaction est totale. Merci !
