Impossibilité de dormir à cause du bruit au rez de chaussée: grincement et claquement de portes. Des 5h15, bruits des préparatifs du petit déjeuner. En début de nuit, arrivée du voisin du dessus qui a "déménagé" sa chambre. Très mauvaise expérience.

Nous sommes surpris nous avions un voucher pour la chambre avec petit déjeuner compris le réceptionniste Bruno très aimable et bienveillant nous avait assuré du remboursement de ceux ci au vu de notre réservation puisque facturé à notre arrivée mais il n en est rien à ce jour nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi pas rembourse?     Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
