What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bien facile d’accès proche zone commerciale accueil très bien Déçue toutefois : quatre demandes pour lits parapluie, pas de réponse mail/tel et pas demandes lit à l’arrivée !

Dés mon arrivée le 9 nov , l'accueil été déjà parfait; Cependant: Après avoir été victime d'un vol de mon tél portable et de tous mes documents le 11/11/2025 à Aix en Provence, comme nous étions un jour férié, Erin à l'accueil n'a pas hésité a utilisé son téléphone personnel pour m'aider à faire opposition à ma carte bancaire et m'a aidé à localiser l'agence Orange la plus proche ou l'on m'a prêté un téléphone. Un grand MERCI pour votre gentillesse et professionnalisme dans cet hôtel! Pour le reste, je recommande sans soucis ce BB hôtel!
