Location

If travelling by car, you can reach B&B Hotel München-Putzbrunn easily by taking the A99 motorway exit for Grasbrunn/Hohenbrunn. Bus route 55 takes you to the nearest U-Bahn station at Neuperlach Zentrum. From there, you can take the U5 into Munich's city centre. The airport is about 44km away and the inner city is 15km away.

Parking

You can either use the hotel garage (for a fee) or public parking spaces nearby.

Our 86 modern and well-equipped rooms at the B&B HOTEL München-Putzbrunn can be booked with either a double bed or two single beds. Your room can be reached easily with the lift. Your room comes complete with a desk, and for your added comfort air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi are also included. Make yourself at home on our comfortable beds and relax in front of the TV at the end of a tiring day. The bathrooms are also well equipped. A shower with a glass shower-screen, earthenware basin, a large mirror and modern lighting completes the ambience. To book a family room, please contact the reception direction by phone or email.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Hotline nicht erreichbar, Achtung: die Zusendung des Zugangscodes per SMS funktioniert nicht. Buchung nicht komfortabel

Hotline und Hotel sind telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Bei Anruf der Hotline auf dem Schild an der Eingangstüre kommt man bei einer Privatperson raus, die dem Hotelbetreiber seit 4 Jahren mehrfach mitgeteilt hat, dass die falsche Telefonnummer auf dem Schild angegeben ist. Dem Rezeptionisten war dies nicht bekannt!!! Das Einchecken ins Hotelzimmer sollte ab 15 Uhr möglich sein, aber auf den Zugangscode per SMS warte ich heute noch. Das Hotel war bis 17 Uhr verschlossen, erst dann kam der Rezeptionist, der nicht gerade freundlich war und alles auf das Buchungs-Programm schob. Viele andere Gäste mussten auch unnötige Stunden vor der verschlossenen Türe bis 17 Uhr warten. Kundenservice ist bei diesem Hotel ein Fremdwort.

Sauberes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Frühstück gut. Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt.

sehr zu empfehlen

immer mal wieder in diesem Hotel, Mitarbeiter super freundlich, Frühstück top, Garage, alles was man braucht - einzig die Kissen könnten komfortabler sein bis zum nächsten Mal :D
