Great accommodation in the city on Lake Constance.

Directly on Lake Constance, the city of Konstanz is not just popular in summer. In addition to the old town, there are also lots of excursions you can take. The monastery island of Reichenau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The garden island of Mainau, 15 minutes away, is also a popular destination. We hope you enjoy exploring the region! 

Location

B&B Hotel Konstanz is 3 km from the old town and Konstanz Harbour. There’s a bus stop just a few metres away and the nearest train station "Konstanz-Fürstenberg" can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Facilities

B&B Hotel Konstanz offers 100 non-smoking rooms. Alongside rooms with double beds for 1 or 2 adults, there are also twin and triple rooms, as well as family rooms with bunk beds. All rooms include a desk, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. Soundproofed windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a wash basin.

Additional services

Discover our B&B buffet breakfast for a perfect start to the day. There are snack and drink vending machines in the hotel lobby. Sauberkeit wird hier nicht unbedingt groß geschrieben

An einigen Stellen im Bad und auf dem Sitzhockern lag eine Staubschicht und am Fenster befanden sich von innen fettige Fingerabdrücke. Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich übersichtlich und der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Firmenkantine. Rezeption ist teilweise nicht besetzt und nach 22:00 Uhr überhaupt nicht mehr. Das war defninitiv mein letzer Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette.

Alles gut.

Alles gut. Nur die Ecke für‘s Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wenig eng geraten. Und wie auch in Kiel ist die Schranke zum Parkplatz völlig daneben. Bei Ankunft sollte es einfacher sein erstmal zu parken.

Directions to B&B HOTEL Konstanz

From the north via the A81: Exit Kreuz-Hegau (40) on the B33 direction Konstanz, direction Meersburg exit, at the roundabout first exit (Reichenaustr./B33), right on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.

From the A7 and from Munich via the A96: Exit Sigmarszell (3), right on B31 direction Flughafen/Friedrichshafen/Lindau/Ravensburg via Friedrichshafen to exit B33 direction Konstanz/Daisenburg/Meersburg, at the roundabout third exit (Stettiner Str./B33) to the ferry pier Meersburg, take the ferry to Konstanz, left on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.

Bus/train: From the train station take the RB in the direction of Engen to Fürstenberg.

Tourism and climate protection tax of Konstanz

As of April 1st 2023, the city of Konstanz is charging a “Tourism and climate tax”. It needs to be paid on site on the arrival day. This tax applies to all guests for their overnight stay. The tax is defined by the municipalities, the amount is 5,6% of the total amount of accommodation per room. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from the tax.
The hotel is required to forward this tax to the city of Konstanz.
