Great accommodation in the city on Lake Constance.

Directly on Lake Constance, the city of Konstanz is not just popular in summer. In addition to the old town, there are also lots of excursions you can take. The monastery island of Reichenau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The garden island of Mainau, 15 minutes away, is also a popular destination. We hope you enjoy exploring the region!

From mid-October 2025 to the end of May 2026, we are making our hotel even more beautiful and cozy for you. Unfortunately, this isn't possible without some renovation work. Please apologize if it gets a bit louder during the day. Of course, you will continue to enjoy your peace and quiet at night. Due to the construction, we are unfortunately unable to offer breakfast until mid-May. Thank you for your understanding!

In der Nacht sind die Handwerker des Hotels sehr oft aus ihren Zimmern gegangen und haben dabei die Türen laut knallen lassen. Hier bitte auf die Handwerker einreden. Sonst topp

Die Zimmer des Hotels werden gerade renoviert. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Familienzimmer erhalten. Was soll ich mit zwei zusätzlichen Betten an der Wand die nur Platz rauben und das ganze ungemütlich machen. Der Flur war dreckig durch Bauschmutz und sehr laut. Als ich im Zimmer war klopfte es und ein Arbeiter stand vor der Tür er müsse arbeiten☹️. Im Bad lag ein Scharmhaar vor der Dusche und im Mülleimer waren zwei Taschentücher. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht. Als App G. habe ich eine Flasche Wasser kostenfrei gebucht. Auch das fehlte. Da ich das Zimmer nur Tagsüber brauchte habe ich beim Auschecken alles angebracht. Das Wasser hätte ich beim Einchecken bekommen müssen was nicht passierte. Warum es nicht auf dem Zimmer ist wurde mir nicht plausibel erklärt sondern gesagt das es sonst missbräuchlich benutzt wurde. warum wenn es nur gestellt wird wenn man es bestellt passiert das nicht. Wegen der Unsauberkeit kam nur das man dem Personal Bescheid geben wolle. Das war alles und dafür den vollen Preis bezahlt ohne eine wirkliche Entschuldigung oder Gutschrift für alles finde ich dann schon sehr heftig und sehr schade, zumal ich das Hotel öfters schon genutzt habe.

Zimmer, besonders Badezimmer hat stark nach Rauch gestunken. Völlig inakzeptabel für ein Nichtraucherhotel. Im Hotel wurde gebaut, deswegen gab es auch kein Frühstück. Das wurde bei der Buchung nirgends erwähnt. Preis für ein Frühstück wurde sogar abgebucht. Personal war nicht in der Lage oder nicht interessiert auf Möglichkeiten für ein Frühstück in der Nähe hinzuweisen. In der Umgebung gibt es andere Hotels die für einen vergleichbaren Preis deutlich mehr anbieten.

From the north via the A81: Exit Kreuz-Hegau (40) on the B33 direction Konstanz, direction Meersburg exit, at the roundabout first exit (Reichenaustr./B33), right on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.

From the A7 and from Munich via the A96: Exit Sigmarszell (3), right on B31 direction Flughafen/Friedrichshafen/Lindau/Ravensburg via Friedrichshafen to exit B33 direction Konstanz/Daisenburg/Meersburg, at the roundabout third exit (Stettiner Str./B33) to the ferry pier Meersburg, take the ferry to Konstanz, left on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.
