Hotel O.K. , Anfahrt sehr schlecht ![trustyou]()
Hotel O.K., wie erwartet in Ordnung, allerdings Anfahrt bis zur Parkplatzschranke dann keine Öffnung da kein Code vorhanden und Telefonanlage defekt, also in der "Nähe " einen Parkplatz (verbotenerweise) zum Einchecken suchen und dann mit Code zurück zum gebuchten! TG-Parkplatz, geht gar nicht. Bitte Code am Tage der Ankunft senden. Wofür dann B&Me Mitglied ?

Toujours satisfaits ![trustyou]()
Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel. Excentré mais centre ville vite accessible soit en voiture soit en bus (à l'accueil on nous donne une carte pour prendre le bus gratuitement). Chambre typique BB hôtel fonctionnelle. Cabine de douche fermée par une porte vitrée. Petit déjeuner varié. Seul bémol : le parking il n'y a pas autant de places que de chambres. Parking payant non réservable à l'avance (10€ tarif correct). Parfois difficile de se garer alentour car bcp d'entreprises.

Gemütliches Hotel in der Nähe vom See ![trustyou]()
Preis-Leistung Verhältnis super, da wir frühzeitig gebucht haben. Zimmer war sauber, Betten gemütlich. Zu Fuß zum See waren es 2 min.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage ![trustyou]()
Empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Konstanz und Umgebung. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, aber man muss zu Stoßzeiten genügend Zeit mitbringen. Eine TG ist vorhanden, sodass das Fahrzeug gut und sicher abgestellt ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Ich hatte Glück und mein Zimmer lag nicht zur Straßenseite, sodass es auch sehr ruhig war.

Preis/Leistung Parkplatz und Frühstück sind sehr ordentlich, wenn auch die Platzverhältnisse zur Selbstbedienung alles andere als komfortabel sind. Nicht akzeptabel ist die Tatsache, dass wir trotz korrekter Buchungen 2er Gastgeber nicht in unser Zimmer kamen und die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz gesperrt war. Nachdem wir 15 Minuten warten mussten, weil die Rezeptionistin Pause hatte (No Go für Dienstleister!), wurde das Problem gelöst. Natürlich nicht von der Rezeptionistin, sondern über die Notfallnummer der Zentrale, glücklicherweise nicht KI- besetzt, sondern mit einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin.

From the A7 and from Munich via the A96: Exit Sigmarszell (3), right on B31 direction Flughafen/Friedrichshafen/Lindau/Ravensburg via Friedrichshafen to exit B33 direction Konstanz/Daisenburg/Meersburg, at the roundabout third exit (Stettiner Str./B33) to the ferry pier Meersburg, take the ferry to Konstanz, left on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.

City tax
Tourism and climate protection tax of Konstanz
As of April 1st 2023, the city of Konstanz is charging a “Tourism and climate tax”. It needs to be paid on site on the arrival day. This tax applies to all guests for their overnight stay. The tax is defined by the municipalities, the amount is 5,6% of the total amount of accommodation per room. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from the tax.
The hotel is required to forward this tax to the city of Konstanz.
