Welcome to the city of Kassel. Kassel is located in the middle of Germany in the federal state of Hesse. The city is popular and world-renowned for its documenta, the world's most important exhibition of contemporary art. But it’s also worth taking the time to venture to Kassel for some R&R. Take a walk through Europe’s largest hillside park, experience exciting water sports and enjoy the Aussicht am Herkules viewing point, the city’s icon. Popular shopping opportunities can be found around Königplatz. Staatspark Karlsaue Park has lots to see and do, including a planetarium, orangery and marble baths.

Location

The B&B Hotels Kassel-City is located near the A7 motorway and is easy to reach from the main train station. You can easily arrive by car or train. The hotel is very centrally located and offers the perfect starting point to explore the city. You can walk to the Fulda in about 10 minutes and go for a walk there. Kassel City Center is about 2 kilometers away. This invites you to stroll or feast in a bar or one of the numerous restaurants with international cuisine.

B&B Hotel Kassel offers 94 affordable and modern single, double and family rooms for up to 4 people. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You can reach your modern room quickly and easily by lift. Air-conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures while soundproofed windows guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. You’ll find a TV and a desk in your room. The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer.

Immer gut für kurze Spontane Übernachtungen

Ich nutze B&B immer sehr gerne, dieses Hotel ist immer meine erste Anlaufstelle in verschiedenen Städten und meistens passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. In Kassel war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer waren sauber und das Bad war sehr modern und neu. Immer wieder gerne :)

Kurzzeitig in Kassel

Das Hotel B&B liegt in der Stadt Kassel sehr günstig, aber auch an einer Hauptstraße. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, allerdings zu einem Preis pro Tag von 10 €. Wir wurden freudlich empfangen. Über einen Stadtplan hätten wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber klein. Das Bad ist mit schöner Dusche ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gab viel Nachtbewegung im Hotel. Für einen Kurztripp kann ich das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Directions to Hotel Kassel

A7 motorway, south-westbound: Take exit 77-Kassel-Nord towards Flughafen KS-Calden/Niestetal/KS-Stadtmitte. In 220 metres, keep right at the fork and head towards KS/Flughafen KS-Calden. Continue onto Dresdner Strasse/L3237, and in 3.4 km at the roundabout take the first exit. Exit and continue along the L3237 for 750 metres. Turn left onto Weserstrasse/B3, then turn left again onto Fuldabrücke/Brüderstrasse/L3237. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.

A7 motorway, northbound: Exit A49. In 4.8 km, take exit 5-KS-Auestadionm onto the “Am Auestadion/B3“ and continue towards KS-Stadtmitte. 4.4 km further along the B3, turn right onto “An der Fuldabrücke/L3237“. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.

From the train station: Take bus 37 towards Lohfelden-Vollmarshausen, and then it’s a 6-minute walk.
