Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist zentral und wirklich top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Zimmer ok, Service schlecht

An sich gutes Hotel, Frühstück ist katastrophal. Würde ich eher empfehlen woanders zu frühstücken für 13€, keine Auswahl und nur dreckige Tische. Ich wurde ab 8 Uhr wachgeklopft vom Putz Team trotz Snooze Schild und das insgesamt 3 Mal innerhalb von 2 ½ Stunden. Die beiden fragten, nachdem sie einfach in mein Zimmer sind wann ich denn auschecken würde. 1. kann ich ja bis 12 auschecken und 2. hatte ich zwei Nächte gebucht. Da ist auf jeden Fall irgendwas schief gelaufen. Das Zimmer ist aber absolut in Ordnung für 60€. Alles einigermaßen sauber und nichts was auseinander fällt. Der Flur oben hat nur sehr gestunken und auch nach zwei Tagen war da keine Luft drinnen.

Directions to Hotel Heilbronn

Take the A6 exit Heilbronn/Untereisesheim (36) towards Heilbronn: Head along Neckar Street (B293), then turn onto Karlsruher Street. At Otto-Konz-Brücke Bridge, head towards the City Centre (Zentrum). Leave Karlsruhe Street (B293) and turn left onto West Street, then right onto Achtung Street. Turn left on to Mozart Street. The hotel is on the left-hand side.
