Durchwachsenes Erlebnis

Wir sind erstmals vor etwa fünf Wochen auf diese Hotelkette aufmerksam geworden, als wir während unserer Andalusien-Rundreise mit dem Auto von Deutschland aus zunächst in Frankreich eine Unterkunft für die Nacht suchten. Das Konzept hat uns überzeugt: einfach, günstig, sauber. Diese positiven Eindrücke bestätigten sich größtenteils auch im Hotel in Heilbronn. Die Qualität war hier sogar etwas besser als in den zuvor besuchten Hotels in Frankreich und Spanien, und das Frühstück war vielfältiger – allerdings auch doppelt so teuer. Leider war es nicht möglich, im Voraus einen Parkplatz zu reservieren, da bereits alle Plätze belegt waren. Auch der beworbene 5%-Rabatt konnte aufgrund eines SSL-Fehlers in der App nicht eingelöst werden. Als wir die Mitarbeiterin auf diese Punkte ansprachen, zeigte sich leider erneut das bekannte Problem der "Servicewüste Deutschland": Im Servicebereich fehlt es häufig an Kundenorientierung – sowohl im Handeln als auch in der Kommunikation, was auch hier der Fall war. Preislich lag das Hotel deutlich über dem Niveau der Unterkünfte, die wir auf unserer Reise durch Frankreich und Spanien genutzt hatten – etwa doppelt so teuer. Das Zimmer selbst war jedoch sehr gut, und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt, allerdings war der Preis so hoch, dass man für das gleiche Geld auch in einem anderen Hotel hätte übernachten können. Ein echtes Schnäppchen, wie es die B&B Hotels in ihrer Werbung versprechen, war unser Aufenthalt also nicht.

Eine entsprechend hohe Nachfrage führt – wie in der gesamten Branche üblich – zu höheren Preisen. Dennoch können wir mit Stolz sagen, dass unser Angebot zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Vergleich die günstigste Rate war – ganz nach dem Motto „Best-Preis-Garantie“. Unser Frühstückskonzept legt bewusst den Fokus auf Qualität und Vielfalt. Wir bieten ein reichhaltiges All-you-can-eat-Buffet mit einer Auswahl an Bio-Produkten, veganen Optionen sowie frischen und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln. Diese Qualitätsstandards spiegeln sich selbstverständlich auch im Preis wider. Vergleichbare Frühstücksangebote mit ähnlichem Anspruch liegen in Deutschland häufig im gleichen oder sogar höheren Preissegment. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis individuell wahrgenommen wird – dennoch stehen wir zu unserem Konzept, unseren Gästen ein nachhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches und zeitgemäßes Frühstückserlebnis zu bieten. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr und werden prüfen, wie wir unser Angebot noch weiter verbessern können. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Take the A6 exit Heilbronn/Untereisesheim (36) towards Heilbronn: Head along Neckar Street (B293), then turn onto Karlsruher Street.
