Super Lage auf dem Weg in den Urlaub sehr sauber viele Parkplätze und mit dem Restaurant nebenan perfekt für die Durchreise. Gute Betten und geräumige Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und der Preis ist in meinen Augen sehr günstig.

Un hotel muy recomendable. Solicitamos la habitacion adaptada pues mi pareja es usuaria de silla de ruedas y, si bien es cierto que el baño tenia 2 pequeños fallos de adaptacion, los arreglaron muy rapido. Uno era que la silla de la ducha no tenia reposabrazos, por lo que solicitamos una silla de plastico y nos la subieron ese mismo dia. Y la otra era que debajo del lavabo habian instalado una repisa para colocar el menaje de baño, lo cual impedia que mi pareja se acercara para poder asearse. Lo dijimos en recepcion y al dia siguiente, la gente de mantenimiento la quitaron y la instalaron en otra posicion, que si bien no era optima, ya no impedia a mi pareja acercarse. Un trato personal por parte de los empleados del hotel excepcional.

Utilisateurs depuis plusieurs années, votre enseigne reste toujours au top. Même si lors de notre dernier séjour, une touffe de cheveux était restée dans le collecteur de l'évier. Un oubli tout à fait exceptionnel, mais non corrigé par le responsable des équipes de ménage. Et la porte vitrée très difficile à fermer pour l'étanchéité lors d'une douche. Je suis un peu critique, car j'ai moi-même exercé ces deux activités (ménage et Directeur d'établissement), critique mais j'essaie d'être juste et compréhensif. Ce qui explique ma note de 8 sur la salle de bains.

San Sebastián, or Donostia as it’s known locally, is a town on the Basque coast of the Bay of Biscay.
