Boa staff, sempre a escuta e resolvem qualquer problema prontamente. Hotel simpatico e acolhedor. Pet-friendly. Algumas serviços a amelhorar como o serviço de lavandaria ( toalhas com problemas de limpeza). Melhorar um pouco a limpeza das casas banho dos quartos. Bom Pequeno- almoço recomendo!

El equipo de recepción muy amable y atentos. Creo que hacen muy bien sus funciones. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de la chica que nos hizo el check-in. No recuerdo su nombre, pero sí que fue la chica que hizo el turno de noche. La cama era inmensa y se descansa muy bien (muy cómoda). Y lo de las lucecitas de colores, una fantasía la verdad. (Ahora lo quiero para la habitación de mi casa, haha). Por otro lado y con el fin de mejorar, sólo hubo 3 pequeñas cositas que me gustaría comentar: 1) que el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien el agua y se coló agua por todo el cuarto de baño. 2) no pude poner el aire, ponía que estaba centralizado y pasé muchísimo calor en la segunda noche, pero bueno, abrí la ventana... sólo que es un poco molesto tener que abrir la ventana para regular un poco la temperatura de la habitación. 3) pedí una pizza y me la dieron cruda. Tenía tanta hambre y era tan tarde, que no pasaba nada... lo que creo que la hornearon con el cartoncito que suele venir (suele quedar de esa manera si no se le quita el cartón). Si se le deja con el papel de base / horno, queda muchísimo mejor y más cuando las bandejas no son de rejilla si no, de base completa. Pero en general, muy muy TOP ! :D ¡Así que volveré!
