Feeling like home
Tuve una experiencia realmente excelente en este B&B en Oviedo. Desde el momento en que llegué, todo fue impecable: la atención, los espacios, la comodidad de la habitación, el ambiente tranquilo… pero si hay algo que realmente me llamó la atención por encima de todo, fue *la limpieza*. Cada rincón del lugar estaba perfectamente cuidado. La habitación olía a fresco, la ropa de cama y las toallas estaban impecables, los baños brillaban, y todo daba una sensación de orden y pulcritud que se agradece muchísimo. Se nota que hay un trabajo muy dedicado detrás del mantenimiento del lugar, y eso hace una gran diferencia en la experiencia del huésped. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, el desayuno abundante y de calidad, y el trato del personal, cálido y amable. Sin duda, lo recomendaría una y mil veces, y espero volver pronto. ¡Gracias por una estadía perfecta!

Buena y agradable
Un hotel bien comunicado, a 5 minutos del centro de Oviedo en coche. Muy tranquilo, limpio y cómodo ,con una habitación y baño bastante amplios. Los trabajadores del hotel que nos atendieron muy agradable, educados e interesados en todo momento que tuviéramos buena estancia. Tienen parking privado con lo cual es llegar y aparcar sin ningún problema o búsqueda de aparcamiento (que siempre es algo que hace perder tiempo) y calidad/precio es inmejorable, repetiremos seguro.

Increíble insensibilidad ante enfermedad cliente
36 horas antes de la fecha de estancia mi hijo se puso seriamente enfermo y adjuntando prescripción médica que desaconsejaba el viaje les solicité la cancelación de la reserva. De todos los hoteles que tuve que cancelar en ese viaje éste fue el único que no canceló la reserva sin penalización y tan sólo me devolvió el 50% del importe (desayunos que no tomamos incluidos!) y porque yo ya había cogido una reserva semiflexible, que si no, ni eso!! Mala política para ganar clientes al margen de que han quedado como unos auténticos miserables! Desde luego la próxima vez iré a otro hotel..
