What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Personnel très agréable, que ça soit la réception du soir ou du matin. Chambre très petite, nous étions les uns sur les autres et ne pouvions à peine circuler dans la chambre. J’ai déjà fait des séjours dans la même franchise pour la même fourchette de prix (en région parisienne également) et les chambres étaient bien plus spacieuses. La salle de bain 😱 ! L’eau de la douche ne s’écoulait pas. Et surprise !! Plein de cheveux encombraient et bouchaient le siphon! (À vomir!) Je pense que le personnel de nettoyage a oublié depuis quelque temps de nettoyé la douche dans son intégralité.. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu le droit à des odeurs nauséabondes qui remontaient des canalisations au petit matin ! La qualité du petit déjeuner est la même que les autres hôtels de la franchise. Enfin bref, je n’avais jamais été déçu de B&B jusqu’à aujourd’hui ! Celui de Noisy-le-Grand est rayé pour moi.
