Modern und minimalistisch gut - Schlafen unmöglich.

Das Hotel ist angenehm modern und „neu“. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr sehr klein, das heißt, die Luft darin wird nach 30-45min bereits sehr stickig und man muß das Fenster kippen. Da direkt nebenan eine Tankstelle und der Kreisel sich befinden bedeutet das eine immense Lärmbelastung - auch in der Nacht. Schlafen ist so unmöglich. Wenn man dann das Fenster dennoch geschlossen hält um den Strassenlärm zu eliminieren, merkt man das die Trockenbauwände keinerlei schallisolierende Wirkung haben: jedes Geräusch oder Bewegungen/Aktivitäten anderer Gäste reißen einen aus dem Schlaf, weil sich alles anhört als würde es im eigenen Zimmer stattfinden. Wenn morgens der erste um 6 Uhr duschen geht, klingt das als würde in meinem Zimmer die Dusche laufen. Ich habe versucht von 21 uhr an zu schlafen. Ich konnte zwischen 4 uhr und 6 Uhr zwei Stunden am Stück schlafen. Ich war total gerädert am nächsten Tag. Das Hotel ist wirklich ok. Aber die Bedingungen dort zu schlafen machen ein erneuten Besuch unmöglich. Was schade ist, eigentlich mag uch das Konzept und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Directions to Hotel Kassel

A7 motorway, south-westbound: Take exit 77-Kassel-Nord towards Flughafen KS-Calden/Niestetal/KS-Stadtmitte. In 220 metres, keep right at the fork and head towards KS/Flughafen KS-Calden. Continue onto Dresdner Strasse/L3237, and in 3.4 km at the roundabout take the first exit. Exit and continue along the L3237 for 750 metres. Turn left onto Weserstrasse/B3, then turn left again onto Fuldabrücke/Brüderstrasse/L3237. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.

A7 motorway, northbound: Exit A49. In 4.8 km, take exit 5-KS-Auestadionm onto the “Am Auestadion/B3“ and continue towards KS-Stadtmitte. 4.4 km further along the B3, turn right onto “An der Fuldabrücke/L3237“. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.

From the train station: Take bus 37 towards Lohfelden-Vollmarshausen, and then it’s a 6-minute walk.
