Friendly hotel in the heart of Germany ![trustyou]()
Kassel was a stop off location on my holiday. I've previously stayed with B&B Hotels at Rosenheim and was happy to check out their Kassel hotel. Worries about car parking were sorted by being able to pre-book parking. I typically have a walk around town prior to breakfast, so didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, had all the facilities you'd want (complimentary soap/shower gel, a decent power shower, towels, blackout curtains, opening windows, air conditioning, good lighting and vending machines for a late night snack/beer :-) Staff friendly and a comfortable stay. Easy website to book through. Recommended! By chance I was also in the town on Wednesday, so could visit the waterfall and fountain at the Bergpark Wilhelmshohen in the West of the city which over the summer months has both features in their full glory in the afternoon, making for an eventful local day out!

War absolut ok für eine Nacht ![trustyou]()
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, man kann nichts besonders erwarten, aber für eine Nacht war es völlig ok. Es ist immer schwierig, für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) was vernünftiges und bezahlbares zu finden, dafür schätzen wir B&B Hotels sehr, da jeder ein eigenes Bett hat (muss nicht auf der Schafsofa schlafen) und alles ordentlich und sauber ist. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, wir sind alle satt geworden...

Directions to Hotel Kassel
A7 motorway, south-westbound: Take exit 77-Kassel-Nord towards Flughafen KS-Calden/Niestetal/KS-Stadtmitte. In 220 metres, keep right at the fork and head towards KS/Flughafen KS-Calden. Continue onto Dresdner Strasse/L3237, and in 3.4 km at the roundabout take the first exit. Exit and continue along the L3237 for 750 metres. Turn left onto Weserstrasse/B3, then turn left again onto Fuldabrücke/Brüderstrasse/L3237. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.
A7 motorway, northbound: Exit A49. In 4.8 km, take exit 5-KS-Auestadionm onto the “Am Auestadion/B3“ and continue towards KS-Stadtmitte. 4.4 km further along the B3, turn right onto “An der Fuldabrücke/L3237“. In 600 metres, turn right onto Kaufunger Strasse. In 150 metres, the hotel will be on the left-hand side.
From the train station: Take bus 37 towards Lohfelden-Vollmarshausen, and then it’s a 6-minute walk.
