Da evitare!!

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel a Colmar è stata davvero pessima. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da una signora alla reception poco accogliente ed empatica. Eravamo in orario per il check-in ma la stanza pareva non essere pronta. Quella che ci è stata assegnata era piccolissima per una famiglia di quattro persone, direi claustrofobica, letto matrimoniale attaccato al muro su sue lati della stanza che non permetteva di poterci salire comodamente. Bagno davvero minimizzato con una doccia in resina e una tenda davanti. Aereazione o finestra non pervenuti. Pagato € 171,64 per uno sgabuzzino!! L'unica fortuna è aver prenotato solo una notte. Ps. Dalle recensioni avevo letto dei pochi posti a sedere per la colazione. Confermo!!! I clienti erano costretti a prendere il vassoio e portarselo in camera... sicuramente più comoda della nostra perché, diversamente, avranno fatto colazione a letto!!

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
