Decepcionante

Es la primera y última vez que me alojaré en un hotel de la Cadena. Salvo el personal, todo el resto es decepcionante. Que en plena ola de frío no funcione la calefacción, según el Personal, no funciona hasta diciembre, es casi incumplir la ley. Desde luego en el desayuno volví a sentirme como en un autoservicio de carretera, escaso de poca calidad y variedad y sin una atención del personal que tenía que estar en recepción y limpiando mesas al tiempo

Estafado

Sin climatización, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación para después reconocer que no la ponían hasta diciembre, buena forma de animarme a ahorrar energía, mi mujer ha cogido un enfriamiento a pesar de que pedí mantas en recepción para paliar el frío
