Fantástica
Viajamos en familia y también con nuestro perro Simba, hemos estado muy bien, el trato del personal tanto de recepción como la limpieza genial. Cuando volvamos a Cartagena vendremos al mismo hotel

Han de cuidar las maneras y el aspecto de los recepcionistas
Me atendió un recepcionista con uñas de medio metro y hablando afeminado. Primero me dice que no hay plaza de garaje para mi coche cuando llamé el día anterior para preguntar expresamente por la plaza. Con toda su cara me dice que lo deje en la calle. Luego llevávamos un pequeño perrito y me dice que el perro nunca se puede quedar solo en la habitación, que siempre tiene que ir conmigo. Le comento que suelo dejarlo para comer puesto que en muchos restaurantes no admiten mascota y me dice que ese es mi problema, que me tenía que haber leido la normativa en internet o haber preguntado (es la primera vez que este hecho me pasa en un hotel y siempre voy con mi mascota y en la web no se dice nada al respecto).... Para terminar el día del check out a las 11 de la mañana ya no podía entrar a la habitación, puesto que va con contraseña y ya la habían deshabilitado... Por culpa de estos inconvenientes nada más llegar, no fue tan placentera como esperaba mi estancia allí.
