The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Süd Genshagen is just 30 kilometres away and is ideally situated for travelling to the Messe and Berlin’s inner-city – which you can reach in just 16 minutes with the Regional express from Ludwigsfelde to the Potsdamer Platz.

Facilities

In addition to rooms with double beds and twin beds, the B&B HOTEL Berlin Genshagen-Süd offers family rooms which include a gallery and two additional beds. These can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. We offer smoking and non-smoking rooms and of course, pets are very welcome to stay. For pets, we charge a small fee. Preis/Leistung gut, Frühstück top, jedoch arschkalt!

Der Preis für eine Übernachtung und auch Frühstück war völlig ok. Dass man den Parkplatz pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlen muss, finde ich nicht serviceorientiert. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht so völlig ausreichend. Jedoch haben wir im Winter dort übernachtet. Als wir kamen war keine Heizung an und das Zimmer extrem kalt. Selbst nach Stunden mit einem Mini-Heizkörper keine angenehme Wärme (sehr hohe Decke im Raum). Nachts war es daher auch viel zu kalt. Das Bad hat keinerlei Heizkörper und war daher unterirdisch kalt. Man dachte man stände im Freien - geht gar nicht! Vor allem auch mit Kindern. Das Frühstück jedoch war für den Preis völlig ausreichend und gut - zu empfehlen.

Wenn man keinerlei Ansprüche hat und nichts anderes zu Verfügung steht, ist B&B als Notlösung akzeptabel
