Jederzeit wieder. ![trustyou]()
Alles ok. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wir mußten Nachts sehr früh wieder raus. Konnten wirklich super schlafen, weil es absolut ruhig war. Also wir kommen wieder.

Pros: The hotel is 5 min away from the U-bahn, there is online check in which allows you to be flexible, it’s quite clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Cons: there was a water service in my invoice but it was not there when I arrived, the receptionist was rude and unfriendly.

Zufrieden - bis auf den einen angespr. Mangel (Bad) ![trustyou]()
Alles in allem - bis auf Kleinigkeiten - war ich zufrieden. Vor allem die Lage des Zimmers (Zi. 316) hat mir diesmal besonders gefallen! (Ich war bereits mehrfach in Ihrem Haus).

Genau die erwartete Übernachtung ![trustyou]()
Das B&B-Hotel war geprägt von Sauberkeit, angemessenem Komfort und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Dazu war das Angebot beim Frühstück umfangreich. Allerdings wurden die Handtücher täglich erneuert, obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Das müsste sich ändern. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr zufriedenstellend.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Stammgast in diesem Hause und war immer zufrieden. Doch nach einem Personalwechsel hat sich vieles zum Negativen entwickelt. Vor allem in den letzten Wochen wo man anscheinend vergessen hat das die Stammgäste das gesamte Jahr über da sind und noch viele Mitarbeiter und Geschäftspartner mitgebracht haben die zum Erfolg des Hauses sicher beitragen bzw. beigetragen haben. Nun wird man mit einer ständig privat telefonierenden Rezeptionistin konfrontiert die einen Gast offensichtlich als störend empfindet und vergessen hat das es bei Stammgästen bestimmte Kriterien gibt die einzuhalten sind. Nun nach zwei schlaflosen Nächten im schlechtesten Zimmer was im Hause zu finden ist, ist durch ewiges Aufzugsgetöse und lautstarkem aussteigen von mitten in der Nacht zurückkehrenden, Straßenbahngepoltere, Verkehrslärm uvm. die Performance an den Folgetagen entsprechend. Die Krönung ist dann noch das genau unter dem Zimmerfenster der Rauchertreff stattfindet so das man das Fenster geschlossen halten muss. Kurzum die Situation konnte oder wollte von der Geschäftsleitung nicht geändert werden obwohl dies nur einen Anruf bei der unfähigen frech arroganten Mitarbeiterin bedurft hätte. Eine Mail mit resignierenden Worten war alles was die Geschäftsleitung für einen Stammgast übrig hatte. Konsequenz daraus ist ein Hotelwechsel den ich für mich meine Mitarbeiter und sicher auch einige Geschäftspartner veranlasst habe. Das neue Hotel unweit des Alten hat mir sofort eine Zimmerzusage mit den für mich wichtigen Kriterien gegeben. Erfreut war man auch über die Anzahl der Übernachtungen die im Jahr anfallen und nun dort abgewickelt werden. Ich persönlich finde es sehr schade zu solchen Maßnahmen greifen zu müssen weil ich mich über viele Jahre hinweg sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Im Übrigen kenne ich das B&B noch unter Motel One.

From south/east A46: Exit D-Oberbilk (24), turn right onto Kölner Landstraße, behind S-Oberbilk turn left (L85), turn right onto Kruppstraße (B8), hotel is located on the right hand side.
From north A52: to the end, then direction D-Grafenberg/-Düsseltal/-Hbf, left on B7/B8, right on Brehmstraße (B8), then left on Sonnenstraße, right on Borsigstraße, right on Oberbilker Allee, right on Kruppstraße, hotel is on the right side.
Hotel garage and public paid parking available.
Bus / train:
From D-Hbf U74 direction D-Holthausen, get off at the stop "Oberbilker Markt/Warschauer Straße". Continue along Kölner Straße in the direction of travel, turn right into Kruppstraße, the hotel is located after 300 metres on the left-hand side.
