Auf absteigendem Ast ![trustyou]()
Ohne Vorwarnung beim Buchen mit der App wurden mir vor Ort plötzlich "Parkplatzkosten" berechnet - das gab es noch NIE, auch nicht bei den Voreigentümern dieses Hotels. Auch ist es zunehmend lästig, sein Gepäck vom Auto immer rund ums Haus schleppen zu müssen, nur weil man die hintere Tür zum Parkplatz nicht zum Reingehen vorsehen möchte - andere BB-Hotels können das, die haben da dann einfach außen eine Code-Eingabemöglichkeit parkplatzseitig. Als ich meinen Aufenthalt um 1 Nacht verkürzen wollte, sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter, wenn ich bis vor 16 Uhr an dem Tag anrufen würde mit der Mitteilung, die kommende Nacht nicht mehr zu benötigen, würde diese mir erstattet. Wurde dann aber abgelehnt, als ich rechtzeitig anrief. Und schließlich musste ich auch noch feststellen, dass meine Club-Zeit gerade abgelaufen war und dadurch viele Punkte verfielen – warum bekommt man dazu keine Vorwarnung per E-Mail? Nun habe ich nach der Reise die Clubmitgliedschaft wieder neu bezahlt, aber die Punkte sind weg. Es sieht alles (und damit meine ich genau nicht das konkrete Hotel) nach einer zunehmend wenig ausgeschlafenen und wenig kundenorientierten Geschäftsführung aus!

Immer wieder gern ![trustyou]()
War wie immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Service. Das Personal ist freundlich und selbst der Reinigungsdienst war schnell und perfekt. Für mich ist dieses Hotel sehr gelegen weil es ruhig liegt und auch die Parkplätze sind hier gut zu erreichen und überschaubar.

kurzfristige Übernachtung ![trustyou]()
Ich musste mir kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen (für eine Nacht). Bei der suche im Internet ich auf das B&B-Hotel in Kleinmachnow gestoßen. Das B&B-Hotel war ordentlich und sauber und auch der Check-In (am Terminal) ging super einfach und war selbst erklärend. Viele Monteure suchten das Hotel auf und da es nahe der Autobahn liegt, ist es gerade für Geschäftsleute zu empfehlen. Also alles in allem, fand ich den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, nur das Frühstück konnte besser sein. Weiche Gummi Brötchen und nur normale Brötchen, es waren dreckige Kaffeebecher bei den sauberen mit dabei.

By car: From Berlin or from the west or south via the A115 motorway: Take the Kleinmachnow exit, then turn left, take the first exit at the roundabout, the hotel is located on the left-hand side in a small industrial area (Europarc Dreilinden). Free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. The Berlin exhibition grounds at the Funkturm are only about 20 minutes away from the hotel by car. The city centres of Berlin or Potsdam can also be reached quickly.
Bus/train: From the S- and Regionalbahnhof Berlin-Wannsee with bus line 620 in the direction of Europarc Dreilinden, get off at the bus stop Albert-Einstein-Ring or Heinrich-Hertz-Straße, from there it is only a few minutes' walk.
