Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Il prezzo è sicuramente competitivo, ma è inaccettabile trovare le cimici dei letti in un 3 stelle nel 2025 (è inaccettabile in qualsiasi struttura ricettiva visto che ormai ci sono elettrodomestici e prodotti chimici o anche non chimici alla portata di tutti, sia per il prezzo che per la manualità) dopo aver chiesto un cambio camera che ci è stata prontamente cambiata anche se con qualche perplessità da parte del personale notturno, le cose al livello di pulizia sono andate un pochino meglio ma sicuramente non sufficente. I corridoi dei piani fatti in moquette erano sempre sporchi come se non venissero mai puliti (abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti). Il personale parla a stento l'inglese solo un paio di ragazze del personale lo parlano in maniera quasi decente e una soltanto lo parla fluentemente. Ovviamente l'italiano neanche a gesti lo capivano. Ogni giorno il codice per entrare in stanza di punto in bianco non funzionava più e quindi ogni giorno abbiamo dovuto fare un paio di tentativi con codici nuovi che ci dava la reception ma il primo tentativo non andava mai a buon fine quindi su e giù dalla camera alla reception almeno 2 o 3 volte per riuscire ad avere un codice funzionante. Sfortunatamente è mancata la fornitura d'acqua in hotel per più di 12 ore (non per colpa loro c'è stato un guasto sulla linea) ma in questi casi penso che il minimo che possa fare una struttura ricettiva sia fornire almeno delle bottiglie d'acqua per sovvenire ai bisogni primari di igiene personale (l'acqua è tornata dopo le 12.30 del giorno dopo) e invece niente. Noi eravamo con il nostro bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo, abbiamo chiesto un lettino che ci è stato dato (box classico senza materasso soltanto il piano rigido imbottito classico di tutti i box), insieme ad un piumone ( per un letto singolo di misura standard) senza lenzuola di nessun genere. Menomale che c'è le portiamo sempre dietro le lenzuola per lui, alla fine ha dormito nel lettone con noi per tutte e 5 le notti. È un vero peccato perché noi utilizziamo questa catena per soggiornare in Italia e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di nessun genere anzi ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo.
