Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

PARKING DEGRADE

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, en revanche il n'est pas normal de facturer 6€ pour un parking en mauvais état et dont le portail est dégradé.

Très mauvaise expérience uniquement dans cet hôtel pour l’expérience de chambre et le manque de professionnalisme de la réceptionniste de jour mais très satisfaite des hôtel B&B pour leurs propreté et accueil toujours irréprochable!

Très mauvaise expérience dans CET hôtel. Toujours très satisfaite des hôtels B&B notamment pour la propreté et l’accueil toujours irréprochable. Or durant mon séjour, arrivée dans la chambre à minuit, Lit totalement défait et draps jetés au sol, • Fenêtre grande ouverte alors que je séjournais avec un bébé (asthmatiques) • Présence d’un sac poubelle contenant des déchets provenant d’autres chambres dans ma salle de bain, • Absence d’assistance du personnel, qui s’est limité via l’agent de sécurité à me remettre des draps à refaire moi-même en pleine nuit. Et réceptionniste de jour très irrespectueuse dans son attitude et prise en charge de l’incident. Pas de responsable le week end pour gérer, s’engage à me recontacter le lundi et toujours en attente d’un contact le mardi. Aurais je le remboursement de ma nuitée? J’en doute !
