What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hotel is ok, but the staff is rude ...

Lors de l'enregistrement, on a insisté pour obtenir une caution de 100 €. En principe, cela est tout à fait normal dans le cadre d'une caution pour consommation ou prestation de services dans les hôtels. Seulement, cet hôtel ne propose aucune prestation dont on pourrait bénéficier et qu'on ne paierait qu'au moment du départ. La caution sert donc UNIQUEMENT de garantie en cas de dégâts causés à la chambre. Cette situation est très étrange. Lorsque je lui ai demandé pourquoi, la dame m'a répondu que c'était comme ça, même si je lui ai fait remarquer que je n'avais jamais entendu parler de cela dans les hôtels B&B. De plus, lors du départ, les chambres de mes collègues ont été inspectées, car on ne voulait pas leur rendre leur caution avant. Nous avons trouvé cela très impoli, mais ils ont insisté. Je ne sais pas quel type de clients cet hôtel accueille habituellement, mais cette expérience a été assez dérangeante. Vous écrivez ici à propos de la responsabilité sociale et des mesures en matière de santé. Vous feriez mieux de former correctement votre personnel et de lui enseigner la politesse. C'est pourquoi je ne recommanderais cet hôtel à personne.
