What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A bien répondu à notre attente

Nous avions une chambre single, parfait pour une personne mais un peu juste pour deux, mais tout à fait adéquat pour notre utilisation avec le prix adapté. Seul bémol concernant les "bocaux" qui sont loin de correspondre à la présentation qui en est faite. Pourtant l'idée est bonne, menus adaptés selon notre faim.

Bravo

Dans des circonstances difficiles (5 janvier tempête neige), nous avons été pris en charge avec le sourire. Accès difficile because neige, resto voisin fermé : vraiment pas facile à gérer pour la jeune femme de service qui a vraiment assuré magnifiquement. Avec patience, efficacité malgré tout. Idem le lendemain matin. Bravo et merci à elle.

Déçue…

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels B&B lors de séjour en France et c’est la première fois que nous avons été déçus. Nous avions fait la demande d’un lit bébé pour notre enfant de 1an qui a été prise en compte mais la chambre étant petite, le lit se retrouvait sous une fenêtre très mal isolée (on sentait le froid à travers et on entendait les gens parler sur le parking). Notre enfant a dont dû dormir les 2 nuits dans notre lit pour être au chaud. En parlant du parking, malheureusement pour cet hôtel un camp de gens du voyage est juste à côté, heureusement le parking est fermé avec un portail à code donc sécurisé mais nous avions la chambre donnant sur l’entrée de l’hôtel donc nous entendions tout et la lumière illuminée notre chambre car pas de rideau occultant… de plus, nous étions proches de l’ascenseur et nous l’entendions toute la nuit… malheureusement nous ne reprendrons pas de nuits dans cet hôtel mais nous gardons malgré tout la confiance que nous accordons aux hôtels B&B.

From Paris/Angers/Rennes/Poitiers/Cholet : direction Saint-Herblain, Périphérique Ouest via Périphérique Nord (North ringroad). Exit 33 Porte d'Armor , then direction Vannes/Saint-Nazaire. Exit 2 Hôpital Nord Laënnec , first on the right.
