What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bonjour je suis arrivé vendredi 13 juin après 10h00 suite d'erreur d'adressage parle transport ubert J'ai alors demandé qu'on considère en se montrant compréhensif de cet incident et l'on m'a refusé l'accès au buffet continental pour 3 minutes de retard De plus ayant été debout pour préparer ce voyage depuis 4h du matin tu es pour raison de santé certificat à l'appui j'ai demandé de gagner ma chambre avant 14h pour me sentir épuisée là encore celà m'a été refusé alors que mon mal-être était significatif Très onéreux par rapport aux services inadapté inexistant aucun professionnalisme ne vends pas du tout l'image de marque de l'enseigne b&b hôtel ni hospitalité Pas de service d'étage directement par téléphone de la chambre pour différents besoins à signaler à la réception

Access Lyon Centre Part-Dieu Gambetta

From Paris by A6 and Marseille/Saint-Etienne by A7 : direction Lyon centre, then exit Part-Dieu . Follow Part-Dieu, then exit Gambetta . (First traffic lights, turn left, and next traffic lights : turn left. The hotel is located on the right, at 300 m.

From Grenoble/Chambéry/airport : A43 direction Lyon, exit Lyon Part Dieu , follow Part Dieu, then exit Gambetta and Guilotière .

From Genève/Strasbourg : A46 direction Lyon centre, périphérique Sud (South ring road), exit Vinatier and continue straight on.

Public transport : Métro : Line D Garibaldi station. Exit with the lift, on the odd number side.
