Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Peu mieux faire: ménage

L'application Band B hotel permet de réserver et de faire le chek-in en ligne (jusque là tout va bien)bet donc de régler le paiement directement via application. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut passer a la borne pour avoir un code?! Perte de temps et inutile. On devrait tout recevoir via application et par mail. Ensuite arrivée dans la chambre, la climatisation fait un bruit très désagréable notamment lors du sommeil. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée correctement : toiles d'araignées partout++, des araignées a foison et des cafards !!! Les joints sont a refaire... C'est la 1ere fois où je suis tres mécontente d'un BandB hotel!

Très déçu sale

Très déçu. Je suis habitué à séjourner dans les hôtels b&b plusieurs fois par an. Première fois que j'ai une chambre aussi sale. Beaucoup de poussière, la moquette n'était pas clean, des toiles d'araignées au plafond, les draps du lit de ma fille était taché. La climatisation dégueulasse. Même la télécommande de la tv été sale. Le prix de la chambre été très cher, on s'attend au moins à avoir un endroit propre.
