What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Great Place to Stopover

Stayed one night on the way back to Calais from Spain. Relatively basic hotel but comfortable and ideal for our needs, at a decent price. Will stay again

Ein schlechte Erfahrung gemacht

Es war eine schreckliche Nacht, wir als Familie zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind sind um 23:00 wegen Durchreise eingecheckt. Direkt neben an haben Gäste (min zwei Männer) Party gefeiert. Sie haben getrunken, Drogen konsumiert und Zigaretten geraucht. Erst gegen 6:00 morgen wurde es etwas ruhiger. Gegen 2:00 morgen und ca 3:00 hatten sie sogar sehr energisch gegen unsere Tür geschlagen als wollten sie einbrechen. Mein Frau und unser Kind hat wirkliche sehr große Angst bekommen. Wir waren kurz davor die Polizei zu rufen, hatten aber Hemmungen aufgrund der Landessprache. Die wir nicht Beherrschen. Der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption hat sich für den Vorfall entschuldigt und uns darauf hingewiesen, dass wir ihn hätten rufen können, aber die Sprechanlage befindest sich am Eingang und unter den Umständen hatten wir uns nicht getraut das Zimmer zu verlassen. Ich/wir haben schon öfters den Service von B&B genutzt und sind eigentlich immer zufrieden gewesen, aber dieses Mal war alles anders. Evtl sollte darüber nachgedacht werden eine Kontakt tel im Zimmer zu hinterlassen um den Hauskeeper zu kontaktieren ohne das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen.
